The fees for physical participation include:
• All Forum sessions
• Material forum
• Lunches, refreshment during breaks, dinners and social events, including gala dinners
The fees for online participation include:
• A virtual access to all Forum sessions
• Material forum
Due to pandemic, the Forum will allow the physical participation of no more than 40 attendees.
The majority of the participants will be engaged online with a virtual participation. For this
reason, the first 40 attendees who will select and register for the physical participation will be
granted this option. The others will participate virtually. These practical organizational constraints
may be subject to change according to the ongoing pandemic situation.
